I've tried (BTW I think this code problem has alot to do with load game/quick save/etc. Its tricky but I got it to work, the other problem is if the two codes are used at the same time all of your party members in combat dont get this effect and all members still in camp get max stats, and they cannot be reversed you have been warned> to get this to work you have to wait until next combat DONT use them in the same mission> otherwise you'll have max stat chars and no WAY to revert them back to lvl 1 exp 0. Shut the machine off then reload the skill code at level up and gain skills.
These codes are tricky as you have to use them right as you level up to get the skill then you have to either change the joker command (enhacklopedia has the info if you need it) to a different button to reset the level to 1 exp0,(you dont need to do the next part if you change the joker/activator) or finish the battle out then save the game, shut the machine off then reload with the level 0 code to set your level back at zero, then check to make sure your at exp 0, save your game.
